The Cobra Speed LD F

The Cobra Speed LD F line is perfect for those golfers who are looking for a bit more 'forgiveness' in their drivers and woods. Cobra clubs have long been associated with being forgiving on the more casual golf player, and this range is no different.

The large club head ensures that the center of gravity is set well back and low on the club. This means that the ball is given a far higher trajectory than would normally be the case on any other golf club of the same angle. Such height is perfect for those who might struggle to get the right loft on their contact without it.

With the offset being very generous it enables those with a tendency to slice or hook to keep their ball in play far more often.

But it is not just casual golfers who can reap the benefits of this range of King Cobra golf clubs. The enhanced 'fast back' crown speed means that you get considerable feel and distance on your shot, whether you are a professional or a high handicapper. An increased MoI (moment of Inetria) ensures a longer, straighter drive.

With a low price, long distance and its ability to be a very forgiving golf club, this range of drivers and woods is perfect for many different types of golfer, from low to high handicaps.

The Cobra Speed LD M Driver

Sometimes bigger really is better, and that is certainly the case for the Cobra Speed LD M. It has the largest club head of any of the King Cobra golf clubs, and therefore of any golf club in the world.

This is because the Cobra driver pushes the R&A golf club allowances right to the limit, giving the maximum allowed width and length for a club head. Coupled with the usual high standards expected from a King Cobra driver and you end up with a club that is both big and destined for big things!

Because the larger club head allows for a greater Moment of Inertia (MoI) it allows for a straighter drive over a greater distance, as well as a much higher ball speed. The size matters here as it allows for the Cobra driver to have a far lower center of gravity. This low center of gravity is what encourages the high MoI.

The Cobra Speed LD M also has technology which helps to correct initial problems from the contact, giving a straighter drive to those with a tendency to draw or fade unintentionally. It does this by having a very high inertia (5,000). This means that off center hits are compensated for without the loss of ball speed and direction that usually results.

All this means that the Cobra Speed LD M is a very long hitting Cobra golf club, that also gives a lot of leeway for those 'off' moments.
