The All New Titleist Range of Woods

The all new Titleist range of woods and drivers has hit the shelves, and are wowing golf experts and players everywhere. Whereas before Titleist woods have been a tad unforgiving, making the difficult for amateurs to properly enjoy without a lot of practice, this new range is designed to allow any good golfer to get the maximum from the club, very easily.

Which is not to say that any distance, accuracy or technology has been sacrificed at all, far from it. In fact the new range is one of the most advanced woods ever to be produced.

The range incorporates the new Titleist 909 driver and 909 fairway woods.

The driver and fairway woods have both been developed to a very high specification, with design specifically targeting at producing high levels of spin. This spin allows for users to hit the ball from the fairway far easier and cleaner than would otherwise be the case - putting the long hitting woods within reach of the average golfer, not just the professional.

Such spin does not detract from the point of the fairway wood though, which is of course to hit the ball long distances. The technology used in creating these woods still allows for huge distances, with the ball traveling through the air as it would from more traditional fairway woods.

The drivers include 3 different styles - all of which aimed at golf players with different swing types and styles. The importance here, according to Titleist, is to help golfers recognize their own golfing style and then use it to the maximum efficiency - to get the most out of what they are doing with their own swing rather than trying to force change.

This is of great advantage to any golf player who only plays occasionally, and so doesn't have the practice time available to alter swing patterns. Similarly it helps top level golfers who have been working on their own style for a long time and want to choose an option that suits them - not just make do with any old driver.

With the new Titleist range offering so much by way of diversity (the fairway woods also come in a variety of different angles to suit golfers) it seems that Titleist have again found that happy medium between providing top golfers with high performance clubs, whilst still allowing for mid range golfers to be able to use the woods and drivers without fear of how a slight miss-swing might pan out.
